Shipping policy

When placing an online order with The Natural Atelier, once you’ve entered your delivery address, you’ll be prompted to select a shipping method. We offer both local and international shipping to the countries we serve.

For deliveries within the UAE, your order typically arrives within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. International orders may take between 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping fees are calculated in real time based on the volume and weight of your order, and these charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that the delivery address and contact information of the recipient are accurate. Incorrect details may lead to delays, additional costs, or the parcel being returned to us. If The Natural Atelier incurs extra charges due to incorrect information you provide, you will be required to cover these costs.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address. Please make sure your details are correct before confirming your order. If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, you will need to wait for delivery and either reject it or return it for a refund. Shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.

Please note that some countries may impose duties or Value Added Tax on imported goods. The Natural Atelier has no control over these charges, which are determined by local governments, customs, and border security authorities.

It is your responsibility to cover any duties, Value Added Tax, or similar fees. If you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to us. As long as the product remains in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
